Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off

Pick-up from Bali Denpasar Ngurah Rai Airport can be arranged at a cost of Rp 450,000 per trip, but please check nearer the time of your travel as fuel prices are no longer fixed in Indonesia, and so rates do change. We use a modern Toyota Innova MPV with English speaking driver and can usually also provide baby seats, although there is an extra fee. While the MPV is fine for travelling around the island, for transfers for groups of more than 4 adults with luggage we recommend a 14/16 seater minivan is used at a cost of Rp 850,000 per trip. We can also arrange pick-ups and drop-offs from anywhere else in Bali if required, and also tours, car hire and anything else that you require for your trip.

Food & Drink

The villa is fully catered, and is able to serve a wide variety of western, Indonesian and Balinese meals. We operate a groceries system, which means that you only pay for the actual cost of groceries plus 20% villa charge which covers costs without a receipt (such as transport fuel) and maintaining a stock of standard ingredients, with anything left going to the staff, and for that our team will go out and purchase the groceries, prepare, cook, serve the meals and drinks, and then clear up afterwards.

If you give us 24 hour notice we can also provide special dishes such as you own personal seafood BBQ with freshly caught prawns, lobster and fish, or traditional Balinese feasts such as Babi Guling (Balinese Suckling Pig) and Bebek Betutu (Balinese Baked Duck).

If you require beer, soft drinks or spirits then please let us know in advance and we are happy to purchase what you require, and put it in the fridge for your arrival.

We provide a full breakfast with fresh juice and fresh fruits, wholemeal and white toast, and jams and spreads (including home favorites such as Marmite and Nutella and vegemite), a selection of cereals, and a choice of eggs and bacon or pancakes or Asian breakfast (fried rice / fried noodles).

Baby-sitting & Child Minding

Villa Talia Vashti has all you need for a great and relaxing stay with your children.

The staff at all our villas will do their best to provide a child minding / baby sitting service to guests free of charge both during the day or in the evening.  All the staff at our villas are used to looking after children, and our staff at Villa Talia Vashti have all spent many months looking after our own kids since they were babies and who are now aged 15 and 18!

This service is however provided in addition to the other duties that our staff have, so if staff spend a lot of time child minding, please be aware it may not be possible for them to complete other duties such as making beds, cleaning and cooking.

While the service is free, we do recommend an additional tip to the staff of Rp 50,000/hour (or part of hour) for any babysitting required after 7pm in the evening, as this is after the staff's usual working hours, and so this will be added automatically to your bill upon checking out from the villa.

For smaller children and babies we have all the essentials including a cot bed; high chair; car seat; as well as plastic crockery and cutlery etc.

For older kids there is snorkeling and fishing equipment available, and a selection of board games, as well as a selection of family movies and also currently the best possible broadband wifi in Bali provided by fibre-optic cable through Indihomes.

Other Services

The villa aims to provide all the services that you would expect from a good hotel, but without all the other guests. As such the staff will be happy to organise any trips or excursions that you want to do, including diving and sightseeing. Snorkeling equipment is freely available at the villa, and other services are able to be provided upon request including balinese massage, laundry, car hire etc. Just ask our local villa manager and he will be happy to organise this for you.

Payments for Bookings

We usually receive payment in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) to our local Indonesian bank account. If you don't have a local Indonesian IDR account, then the easiest, quickest and cheapest way to pay is to use TransferWise, in which case all you need is our email address (info@secludedbalivillas.com). Alternatively we can also accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit card, but there is a card processing fee that is added, which is 3% for payment in IDR.

Credit Card & Debit Card Payments

Transfers by credit card are the most secure means of transfer, as you are fully protected against fraud and are therefore recommended. We are able to accept only accept payment by Mastercard/Visa and JCB currently.

There is a card processing fee of 3.0% for all payments by debit card and credit card. Currently however we are not able to accept payment using American Express

Payments through PayPal (6% Fee) (FOR STANDARD CREDIT CARD PAYMENT - PLEASE SEE ABOVE)

We are also able to accept payments by PayPal on this site, although it is more expensive. Again as above, insert the amount advised to you by email, and just click on the "Make a Payment" button and you will be redirected to the PayPal website where you can either pay using your own PayPal account, or click the button "No PayPal Account" and put in your credit or debit card details for payment.

There is a 6% fee for payments through PayPal, and we only accept payments made in GBP (£). While we can accept payments by PayPal we do not actually recommend them as PayPal have caused issues on guest payments in the past.
