Room Rates
Villa Talia Vashti is available to guests who book through this website at the following rates, and we have also special offers for longer stays or last minute bookings (see below):
High Season (July, August, 15th December to 10th January)
- Rate of US$450 per night plus 10% tax.
Mid Season (March, April, May, June, September and October)
- Rate of US$350 per night plus 10% tax.
Low Season (Late January, February(*), November & Early December)
- Rate of US$250 per night plus 10% tax.
(*)4 days over Chinese New Year are priced at the Mid Season rate
This includes:
- Accommodation for up to 6 adults + a cot for an infant
- Full breakfast
- Unlimited water, tea and coffee
- The services of the four villa staff
- Unrestricted use of all facilities at the villa
- All utilities (electricity, gas etc.)
To make your stay as hassle free as possible - as in a hotel - all bed linen, soaps and towels are provided.
The price excludes however:
- Additional meals or food
- Additional soft drinks or any alcoholic drinks
- Car and driver rental
- Airport pick-up and drop-off
- Excursions and diving trips
The staff at the villa however would be happy to arrange all of the above for you if required, and as the villa is fully serviced, a wide variety of food and drink are available throughout your stay.
The price also excludes travel to and from Bali.
Restrictions
Stays of 3 nights or less can only be booked within one month of the first night of the stay, subject to availability.
Bookings of less than 6 days will not be accepted over the Xmas, New Year and Idul Fitri holidays, and also no discounts will apply during these periods.
Special Offers
Two Week Discount - Stay 10 nights for only the price of 9! (i.e. a stay of 10 nights in mid season would cost US$3150 (rather than $3500) plus 10% tax).
Extended Stay Discounts - For stays of longer than four weeks we are happy to offer further reduced rates. Villa Talia Vashti has all modern amenities for a long term stay, and clearly the staff would remain available to assist you in any way they can. If you are interested in arranging a longer term lease then please contact us at bookings@taliavashti.com
Last-Minute Special Offers - We offer further discounts for bookings within 7 Days of the date of travel (subject to availability) so please contact us for details.
Larger Groups
Villa Talia Vashti sleeps a maximum of 6 persons, although an additional two children can be accommodated by means of a cot bed and a mattress on the floor at an additional price of $15 per person per night. We can however accommodate larger groups by using a neighbouring villa that sits directly behind Villa Talia Vashti, and we are happy to arrange this for you. The additional villa is a bit cheaper per person as it does not have views of the sea or direct beach access, but with part of the group staying in Villa Talia Vashti of course it means that beach and ocean access is not an issue. Additional Services
Food & Drink
The villa is fully catered, and is able to serve a wide variety of western, Indonesian and Balinese meals at very reasonable prices (e.g. US$2.50 for a Nasi Goreng (fried rice) up to $7.50 for a full 3 course meal). We can also provide your own personal seafood BBQ with freshly caught prawns, lobster and fish.
Drinks are available throughout the day at reasonable prices, including most soft drinks, beer, wine and several spirits including gin, vodka, baileys plus mixers.
Baby-sitting & Child Minding
The staff of Villa Talia Vashti are very used to handling children and baby-sitting and child minding are offered free of charge at the villa.
Airport Pick-Up & Drop-Off
Pick-up from Denpasar Airport can be arranged at a cost of $35 per trip. While we use a modern MPV that can easily fit 6 persons. For groups of more than 4 adults we recommend that two cars are hired for transfers two and from the airport at a cost of 2*$35 = $70 each way. We can also arrange pick-ups and drop-offs from anywhere else in Bali if required.Other Services
The villa aims to provide all the services that you would expect from a 5* hotel, but without all the other guests. As such the staff will be happy to organise any trips or excursions that you want to do, including diving and sightseeing. Snorkeling equipment is freely available at the villa, and other services are able to be provided upon request including balinese massage, laundry, car hire etc.
Credit Card Payment
Guests normally pay via bank transfer, and we will provide bank account details once a booking has been confirmed. Alternatively we are able to accept payment on this website via PayPal which is the authorised payment processor for Villa Talia Vashti.
For payments via PayPal however we will require an additional fee of 4% to be added to the amount to be paid to cover the additional charges. To make a payment by PayPal please just click on the link below and you will be redirected to the PayPal secure website.
NOTE:
This will enable your payment via the Paypal Payment System. Don't forget to click the "Return to Merchant" button on the PayPal website to complete your payment and return to Villa Talia Vashti.
