How quickly the week went and how wonderfully relaxed, pampered and spoilt we all feel!  Thank you to all the beautiful, friendly staff who looked after us and our 5 children superbly!  Really enjoyed sleeping wit the ocean lapping against the sea walls – feel rejuvenated which was the aim. Mission accomplished!  The waves washed our tension away, the massages superbly oiled our bodies, the food nourished our soul.  Bali is a true adventure in paradise. Thanks so much to all who contributed.

What a great place to just relax and step off the world for a few days! The seafood BBQ was excellent as were the meals we had in town, especially at Vincents and Joglo. I wish I had taken more time to snorkel, ah well maybe next time. The staff were excellent and very helpful and attentive.

All the reviews we read on line were true. The staffs are all attentive and conscientious. The guests are their priority and they are very thoughtful (e.g. turning off lights when we go out etc.) They should get a raise! Everything was all laid out including things like steamer for our baby and snorkelling gear. We’re saving money now to buy this place – I ve started with 10,000 rupiah today!

An ultimate home away from home gets away!
We have just had a lovely 5 nights at Villa Talia Vashti.  We have completely relaxed, reading books, enjoying the magical vista and being spolit by the wonderful massages.  Ketut, Kadek, Komang, Wayan and Nengeh have unobtrusively been there to ensure we are fed and watered and accommodated without thinking of lifting a finger! The villa is beautiful and feels like a wonderful home.  Snorkelling has been amazing - many many thanks.

We love Villa Talia Vashti.  Thank you especially to the staff for an amazing, beautiful, restful vacation!  After 3 months in India we needed time to chill and the wonderful beds, breakfasts and smiling service made that possible.  We only wish we could stay longer – next time we will come for two weeks. The Menahms 1-5 November
It was the most relaxing and enjoyable time spent at Talia Vashti.  Everything was as advertised and more.  The villa was wonderful an we were well taken care of. As for the staff we can’t give enough praise. They accommodated our every need especially for our kids aged 4 and 7yrs old. Meals were first class and service impeccable.  Dive sites suggested were outstanding.  It was fantastic to snorkel from the villa.  We saw so many fishes, stingrays, corals etc and of course the sea snacks. 5,6,8 and 9 were the best dive sites. We would recommend it to anyone. As it was our first time at Candidasa it was a truly great find.
A lovely getaway from all the hustle and bustle. Fantastic, thank you very much.

Villa Talia Vashti is a most fabulous place. From the moment we arrived our hearts and minds relaxed and we forgot about the daily lives we live. The villa has warmth, elegance and divine views.  The Indonesian food was very good, the staff lovely and skilled.  3 days felt like three weeks. The village is great – loved watching the volleyball tournament. Brilliant for kids.  Our only suggestion is to have more mossie nets in the bedrooms.  All of us got a few bites and given the dengue epidemic at present this made us a little anxious.

We have enjoyed a superb holiday here. I needed a break from the hectic day to day life in Singapore and so visited Bali with my wife, kids and parents.  Our stay is certainly memorable and we will cherish the quality time we spent at this place.  There is no reason to complain about anything: the location of the house, the decor, the cleanliness and the staff were helpful and polite even attending to our special food needs. Once again thank you for such a wonderful stay. We would love to visit again in the future.

What an amazing place! We have enjoyed our 4 days here immensely.  We have been spoilt and pampered by Ketut and his wonderful staff.  We have hardly left the villa as there is everything anyone could want right here.  The food, the pool, the villa, the view – all absolutely glorious!  We are very sorry to leave but hopefully we will be privileged enough to come back on day.

What can we say that adequately expresses our feelings? VTV makes our souls sing and our hearts fill with gratitude for the privilege of being able to enjoy this wonderful experience.  We cannot fault anything. At the beginning of our trip I was a little upset as myself and husband had to wait 1.5 hours at the airport for our pick up but when we step into the villa it was so stunning all my anger disappear directly.  This villa with the ocean view and super breeze off the sea was really breathtaking. Woke up feeling like we were in heaven – it was so excellent. All personnel were so nice and friendly. The ladies were great cooks and cooked exactly what we wanted.  This was such a great holiday.  Most importantly my husband could really relax here. Thank you for giving us the chance to stay here. After 2 weeks in Canggu, north of Kuta, within the ricefield view, what a quiet and relaxing place. Quality of Service, environmental, snorkelling, hospitality and even if Candidasa is not so well known , its really the place to be and very charming.

On arrival at Villa TV we were awe struck by the fantastic sea views and crystal clear water. Just beautiful! The infinity pool was very inviting and the children just about jumped straight in.  The villa itself is very comfortable and well laid out for a family holiday. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again. The food was of the finest quality and the BBQ and accompaniments absolutely mouth watering, a certain recommendation for future guests. Our intention was for a one night stay to show our visitors the other side of Bali, rather than the busy streets and beaches of Kuta, Legian Seminyak.  We could not resist a 2nd night. It was a pleasure to walk into the calmness of the villa and all of us relaxed straightaway. The kids enjoyed snorkelling in the pool and playing on the beach. Our thanks to Ketut and the team for feeding us. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The people, culture food – everything is beautiful. Villa Talia Vashti is just a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. We cannot say or praise the staff enough - they really made our stay so enjoyable.  We cannot single out one person as all 6 staff were so kind and attentive, one thing for sure do not eat out as the food here is much better than in Candidasa – TRUST US!! Thanks so much Ketut and team- you are simply the best.  The driver Ketut from No Problem Transport was fabulous – trust your life, children with him. See you again soon

We liked the villa very much – the views are gorgeous. The villa is very comfortable and brilliantly equipped (although we had some problems with the water and TV)
The staff were very helpful and attentive. The massage was fantastic – great experience to have while enjoying the sun and the ocean. Really sad to leave the villa as we have enjoyed practically every moment spent here.
(Owner comment: we seemed to have a slight problem with the water pump on one day but it was fixed immediately and the problem with the TV has now been rectified).

As a family who loves the sea, Villa Talia Vashti is unique.  We have made lots of dives from the coastline and also from the white sand beach.  So nice and waves are great.  Also try white water rafting- so fun and the scenery is so tasteful. The food and staff here at Villa Talia Vashti are so amazing, so helpful and so nice. So all in all it’s been fantastic.

Thank you so much or our wonderful stay at Villa Talia Vashti. Our dive at Liberty Wreck was amazing with sub ocean divers and we saw many schooling Jack Fish. Food and staff were amazing here.  We would love to come back and stay longer – thank you.

Hi there. Talia Vashti’s grandfather (known as grumpy for my sunny nature).  This is the latest of many visits so usual superlatives not necessary. However two new experiences to shout about:

1. Glass bottomed boat at Batu Belah (see leaflet at villa -see advert on second last page of Agung). Start early and take boat across to Tulumben wreck.  Snorkle around wreck watching divers and fish and return after couple of hours to Batu Belah.  English run restaurants and bungalows (5) with lovely pool.  Really first class.
2. The Tukad Bangkung bridge at Belok Sidan (north of Ubud above Pelagu on the Petang road.  Completely spectacular bridge – perhaps the 2nd highest in S.E Asia.  Built 2007 with Japanese money after the death of a Japanese female tourist.  Return via Mount Batur and Lake Batur for scenic views.

P.S. Bali safari completely now improved and well worth visit.
P.P.S – Vincent’s still number one for food and ambience

We came we saw and we really wished we could have stayed! What a gorgeous piece of paradise this is.  We had a truly fabulous time here... just what we needed to recover from the realities of everyday hustle and bustle.  A huge thanks to Ketut and his team – Evie and Kin will miss you all very much!  A few recommendations for those of you looking for things to do- if you really have to leave the pool to go elsewhere: Andre spa is very very good value and the treatments professional and relaxing, Seasalt at Alia is a beautiful restaurant if you are looking for some inspired Balinese cooking in a modern upmarket setting. Ubud is a good day trip but you may return a bit flustered and in need of a swim and a gin and tonic. Again thanks for making this a very memorable holiday.
