I really enjoyed staying at the villa. Ketut and the staff are kind and attentive, the pool is clear and the view is magnificent. I also enjoyed the temporary pets such as the hermit crabs, the fish and Amanda’s puppies. The food was good too, pancakes, pizza, dessert – it was all good.

Fantastic villa for a family holiday. Ketut and staff are attentive and helpful without ever being obtrusive – very well trained! The views are spectacular and the kids enjoyed the temporary pets – hermit crabs, dogs + kitten. Everything very clean, well-appointed and nothing to worry about – Just Enjoy!

This has surpassed our hopes for a relaxing, secluded and luxurious honeymoon. The house, staff and location were all more than we could hope for. The staff so attentive and thoughtful. We laughed as people kept walking in here thinking this was a 5 star hotel....it does feel that way! We ate in often as the food and presentation here are wonderful, but we also recommend Toke & Vincents. Definitely take day trips to get a feel of the culture on this beautiful island. Thank you so much for sharing this home with us. This has truly been a vacation of a lifetime. We hope to come back some day!

Tom and Rene, thank you for sharing your house with us, it was a great place to spend our 35th Wedding Anniversary! Talia Vashti is a superb location to chill and explore East Bali. Ketut (No Problem) knows some excellent back roads to enjoy stunning views. Our stay was made more relaxing by the warmth of the House Team, discrete but attentive.

After spending 5 wonderful days here at the villa, we feel sad to leave this paradise. These last 5 days have been very special for us, not only because this has been our honeymoon, but also because of the wonderful staff here at the villa and also their exceptional etiquette and wonderful food. The view of the swimming pool and the ocean is absolutely spectacular! This villa is a "hidden gem" in Indonesia and I hope more people will get a chance to experience it. After 18 days at this beautiful villa, we must now return to Australia feeling relaxed and thoroughly pampered. The staff at Villa Talia Vashti are truly gentle souls for whom nothing is too much trouble. They are all very special people. We have been lucky to have Ketut from "No Problems" agency as our driver and guide to Bali and those who live here. White Sand Beach (Pasir Putih) is like "Old Bali" relaxed, white sand, crystal clear water a few warungs and virtually no hawkers. The snorkelling and fishing in the water of the villa is terrific and we also recommend white water rafting. The food at Vincents in Candi Dasa is wonderful, and for a night out try the Alila. We also did 2 cooking programmes at the Alila with an Australian Chef and we are returning home with all the equipment we need to treat our friends to "Babi Guling". We hope to return soon!!!

Such a lovely place for a family holiday. We are so sad to have to leave. The staff were truly warm + helpful with every need we had especially with our children. Our 3 month old baby will no doubt miss the warm arms of Ketut cradling him to sleep when we get home. Even our precocious 2 year old warmed up towards him! It will be very hard to stay in an impersonal hotel again after this experience.

Thank you for a fabulous time here. We have been thoroughly spoilt by the wonderful staff. Day trips to see the volcano, spice garden & Ubud gave us a wonderful insight to Bali. We would never have found such brilliant sights without Ketut our driver & guide. Best place ever to bring three young kids and a bottle of champagne!

Lovely villa, fantastic staff. Thank you to them all who looked after us so well. Things to do: Submarine Trip - excellent (though expensive), the children loved it and it was a very professional operation; White Sand Beach - lovely - wished we had gone there sooner and good snorkelling; Tulumben wreck is the best snorkelling and easy for the children to get to- just off the shore, calm sea and loads of fish even our 6 year old managed it! The drive around the East Coast is worth doing if you have the time - an insight into the lives of the local people and beautiful views. Ubud is far too crowded and touristy nowadays. Villa Food great, especially BBQ. Also lovely meals at Lotus Seaview, Vincents and Amarta (at Mendira). Nice to walk to the Amarta for cocktails, lunch and a swim at Mendira beach. Pool brilliant for all. Thuderstorms amazing! Thank you for a really lovely relaxing time.

So here we are again, 15 months after the first time. So we had rain, lots and lots of rain! But it is STILL wonderful!!! Komen’s cooking and presentation get better and better. We tried the elephant ride - really great for children from 4 to 84. Vincent’s and the Lotus Garden obliged when we forsook Komen. We’ll be back!!! (p.s. ask Ketut to arrange a massage at the villa, quite the best I have had in a long time - the hot spice roll well worth waiting for, lovely!)

Thank you for sharing your perfect place of paradise! Wonderful architecture, décor, vista, ambience and service together with staff are exceptional in all that they do! To future visitors some ideas - ask Komen to make you up her satay. The presentation is so beautiful!! Also for the beach from heaven head to "Pasir Putih", a white sand beach with beautiful lava-black cliffs, glitter sparkling trails of black sand and a brilliant turquoise blue surf!. Thank you for touching our heart!
